Our first episode of Season 4 “The Work Is Never Done” is with Dra. Constanza Cabello, the first Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement at Framingham State University.
Dra. Cabello shares has she has translated her passion for social justice education to addressing structural oppression in higher education. Starting out as a student affairs practitioners working with minoritized students, Dra. Cabello now works on addressing orgnaizational strucutres and anti-Black racism at the institutional level.
